ji7 Casino User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is important — they are used consistently throughout the entire document.

• "ji7" or "the Platform" means ji7 Casino, operating at the domain ji7.club, including all associated web pages, mobile-optimized interfaces, game lobbies, cashier functions, and support systems.
• "the Company" means the legal entity holding the PAGCOR license under which ji7 Casino operates.
• "Player" or "User" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on ji7 or who accesses any part of the ji7 platform.
• "Account" means a personal gaming account registered by a Player on ji7, comprising a unique username, password, verified contact information, and an associated wallet balance.
• "Wallet" means the unified in-platform balance held under a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP), from which bets are placed and to which winnings are credited.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free credits, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account under a ji7 promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Funds" means any balance in a Player's Wallet that originated from an actual deposit made through an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the condition attached to Bonus Funds stipulating that a specific multiple of the bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national regulatory authority for gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, which requires Players to submit valid government-issued Philippine identification documents as a condition of withdrawal eligibility.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for navigational convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of the text under them. The English language version of these Terms & Conditions is the governing version.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on ji7, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of the account.
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• Be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing online casino gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of the Company or any of its affiliated entities, gaming software suppliers, or payment processing partners.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or regulatory exclusion under PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.
• Have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Not be using the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so would be illegal.

During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including: full legal name matching a valid Philippine government-issued ID; date of birth; a valid and accessible email address; a current Philippine mobile number registered in the Player's name; and a chosen username. Providing false, misleading, or third-party registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Ji7 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time, including by requesting supporting documentation. Verification may be triggered at registration, upon the first withdrawal request, upon significant account activity changes, or at any time the Company deems it necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, if unresolved, account closure.

Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with their account. The following obligations apply at all times:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the ji7 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different registration details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Players must not disclose their Account password or OTP codes to any third party. Ji7 support staff will never request your password. Any person or entity claiming to be ji7 support and requesting your login credentials should be reported as fraudulent immediately.
• Players must not allow any third party to access or operate their Account on their behalf. All gameplay, wagering activity, and financial transactions must be conducted by the registered account holder personally.
• Players must notify ji7 immediately if they become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of their Account. Ji7 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable password security or has shared credentials voluntarily.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that their personal information held by ji7 is accurate and up to date. Updates to registered email addresses, mobile numbers, or banking details must be submitted through the Account Settings panel or via the support team with appropriate verification.
• Players must not use any automated system, software, script, or bot to access, scrape, or interact with the ji7 platform in any way not expressly authorized.

All financial transactions on the ji7 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Ji7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. The current approved methods include: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. This list is subject to change; the current approved methods are always displayed in the Cashier section of the platform.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet. Ji7 does not charge a deposit fee, though payment providers may impose their own transfer fees. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and Maya. Deposits made via bank transfer carry a minimum of ₱200. Deposits are processed in real time or near-real time depending on the payment method selected. Ji7 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's payment provider or banking institution.

Withdrawals: Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests are subject to review. Standard processing times are: GCash and Maya — within 5 minutes of approval during operational hours (8AM–11PM PHT); bank transfers — within 1–2 hours on banking days; cryptocurrency — within 10–20 minutes subject to network conditions. Ji7 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard methods. The minimum single withdrawal is ₱200. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed standard transaction thresholds or that appear inconsistent with a Player's normal activity.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the verified Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any Real Money Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted, as a basic anti-money laundering control.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds themselves are not withdrawable.
• Ji7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violation. The Player will be notified of any such hold and the expected resolution timeframe.
• In cases of verified fraud or material Terms breach, any pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled and the associated balance forfeited.

Ji7 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bingo card credits, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming any bonus through the use of multiple accounts, fictitious identities, or coordinated play with other Players to reduce risk constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related balances and potential account closure.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, Real Money Funds are used first when placing wagers. Bonus Funds are applied after Real Money Funds are depleted.
• A Wagering Requirement is attached to all Bonus Funds. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses on ji7 is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount. The specific wagering requirement for any given promotion is stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time of opt-in.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Live dealer games, low-volatility table games, and certain excluded titles may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account. Expiry dates are stated in the promotion terms.
• Ji7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an Account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will govern that specific instance.
• Players who are self-excluded or who have active deposit limits that prevent full utilization of a bonus may be ineligible for certain promotions.

All games available on the ji7 platform — including slot machines, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games, table games, and sports betting markets — are operated by certified third-party game studios or betting data providers. Ji7 does not modify, adjust, or interfere with the Random Number Generators (RNGs) of any game. Each game's RNG engine has been independently certified by a recognized testing laboratory.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage displayed in each game's information panel reflects the certified theoretical return of that game as determined by the testing laboratory. Actual individual session results may and will deviate from the theoretical RTP. Ji7 makes no guarantee of any specific outcome, session result, or winning event.

For live dealer games and sports betting, the rules governing bet settlement are defined by the applicable game studio or betting provider. In the event of a dispute concerning a specific game result or bet settlement, the data recorded by ji7's platform servers and, where applicable, the records of the relevant game studio or betting provider, shall be the authoritative source. Game malfunctions void all related bets and any associated pay.

• Ji7 reserves the right to void bets placed under error conditions, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, incorrect odds publication, or situations where a game was made available for play in error.
• Ji7 reserves the right to suspend access to any game, table, or betting market at any time for maintenance, compliance, or operational reasons.
• All bets placed are final upon confirmation. Bets cannot be cancelled by the Player after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the rules of the specific game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji7 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement or PAGCOR where appropriate:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information; impersonating another person; falsifying documentation submitted for KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the ji7 platform as a mechanism to conceal, convert, or transfer the proceeds of any illegal activity. Ji7 maintains active AML monitoring and is required by Philippine law to report suspicious transaction activity to the AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council).
• Multiple Account Operation: Registering, using, or benefiting from more than one Account, regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotions through techniques including but not limited to: bonus scalping across multiple accounts, coordinated low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any pattern of play determined by ji7 to be abusive of the bonus system.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker and live dealer games.
• Prohibited Software: Use of any bot, automated script, data scraper, screen reader for competitive advantage, or software that interacts with the ji7 platform in any way not expressly authorized.
• Unauthorized Payment Methods: Depositing or withdrawing funds using payment accounts that are not registered in the Player's own name, or using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment credentials.
• Harassment: Engaging in threatening, abusive, racist, or otherwise offensive behavior toward ji7 staff, other players, or live dealer hosts in any communication channel associated with the platform.

Ji7 Casino is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gambling is an entertainment activity that carries inherent financial risk. Ji7 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players at no charge, accessible directly from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. When the threshold is reached, access to real-money gameplay is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that trigger pop-up notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Down Periods: Players may activate a temporary break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During a cool-down period, the Player's account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes but gameplay is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for formal self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely (permanent). Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. During a self-exclusion period, ji7 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the Player from opening a new account.

Players have a personal responsibility to monitor their own gambling behavior and to make use of the tools available. Ji7 also actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with problem gambling and may proactively reach out to Players exhibiting such patterns, or restrict account functionality where it is judged to be in the Player's interest.

All intellectual property on the ji7 platform — including but not limited to the ji7 brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, original written content, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of the Company or is used under license from its respective owners. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ji7 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or commercially exploit any part of the ji7 platform or its content without the Company's prior written consent.

Game content displayed on the ji7 platform (slot games, live dealer video feeds, fishing game assets, etc.) is owned by the respective third-party game studios and is licensed to the Company for display on the platform. Players have no rights to such game content beyond the right to participate in gameplay as intended.

The ji7 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, or accuracy, beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Company shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of gaming funds resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to maintain reasonable password security.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the platform caused by circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet service disruptions, Philippine telecommunications network outages, natural disasters, regulatory actions, or third-party service provider failures.
• Any loss resulting from a game malfunction, provided that the applicable game malfunction policy (voiding affected bets) has been applied.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any tax liability incurred by the Player in respect of gambling winnings. Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable Philippine income tax obligations relating to gambling winnings.

Nothing in these Terms limits the Company's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of Players' personal data by the Company is governed by the ji7 Casino Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, Players also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ji7 collects personal information for the purposes of: account creation and management; identity verification (KYC); payment processing; fraud prevention; legal and regulatory compliance (including AMLC reporting obligations under Philippine law); and improving the platform experience. Ji7 does not sell Personal Data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Full details of data handling, retention, and Players' rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) are contained in the Privacy Policy.

Ji7 is committed to resolving all Player complaints fairly and promptly. The following process applies to all disputes relating to game results, transaction processing, account decisions, or these Terms:

• First Contact: The Player must submit a complaint to ji7 support via Live Chat, Viber, Messenger, or email at [email protected]. The Player must clearly describe the nature of the dispute, the relevant date and time, the game or transaction involved, and the outcome sought. Ji7 will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within 24 hours.
• Investigation and Initial Response: Ji7 will investigate the complaint and provide a substantive written response within five (5) business days of acknowledgment. Complex disputes involving game data review or payment provider investigation may require up to fifteen (15) business days.
• Escalation to PAGCOR: If a Player is not satisfied with ji7's final decision on a complaint, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. PAGCOR operates a formal Player dispute resolution mechanism available to all players on PAGCOR-regulated platforms.

During the dispute resolution process, the relevant Account may be temporarily restricted to prevent further activity that could complicate the investigation. Ji7 will not restrict a Player's access to verified funds not related to the disputed transaction during this period.

Ji7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Any actual or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Player.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the requested timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute in respect of a deposit.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity involving the Account.
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any other applicable authority.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• Prolonged Account inactivity, defined as no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months (see Dormant Account policy below).

Dormant Account Policy: An Account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Ji7 will notify the registered email address 30 days before dormancy classification. A dormant account maintenance fee of ₱50 per month may be applied to any remaining Wallet balance, after which the balance may be forfeited if the account remains dormant. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing any required re-verification.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ji7 support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method after clearance of any pending wagering requirements. Bonus Funds balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, that is not resolved through the internal complaint process described in Section 12, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Both the Company and the Player submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Nothing in this section shall limit either party's right to seek interim or injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where it may be available to prevent immediate and irreparable harm pending final resolution of a dispute.

For questions, concerns, or formal complaints regarding these Terms & Conditions, Players may contact ji7 Casino through the following channels. All channels are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by Filipino-language support staff.

• Live Chat: Available directly on the ji7 platform after login. Average response time: 3–5 minutes.
• Messenger and Viber: Available via ji7's verified social channels. Suitable for non-urgent inquiries and document submission.
• Email: [email protected] — plain text address, not a clickable link. For formal complaints, please use the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Account Username]" to ensure priority routing. Response time for email: within 4 hours during business hours, within 12 hours outside business hours.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on January 1, 2026. Ji7 Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Registered Players will be notified of material changes via the email address on file. Continued use of the ji7 platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
